He holds a bachelor's degree from Howard University and a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, he holds a certification in regulatory affairs (RAC) and he is a certified professional in talent development (CPTD) with an area of expertise in instructional design.

Ade has 12 years of experience in corporate learning and development, with a focus on instructional design, e-learning development, and learning management system implementation and administration. He currently serves as a senior instructional designer and trainer for one of the world's largest biotech companies, where he specializes in creating learning solutions that help to address performance problems, ensure compliance, and meet overall business goals and objectives.
