What are the admission requirements for the CIDP®?
There are no formal prerequisites—you don’t need an L&D or training background to start. All you need is a computer and an internet connection.

Courses are built by industry experts and include hands–on exercises, case studies, and simulations that mirror real L&D work. You’ll graduate with desk–ready skills you can apply immediately, along with templates and tools you can use on the job.
How long does it take to complete the CIDP®, and how flexible is the program?
It takes an average of 3-4 months to complete the entire program and confidently create a project. However, you are given the freedom to complete all of the training at your own pace!

What if I can’t make the scheduled coaching call?
You will have access to all scheduled group coaching call recordings, so if you miss the live session, you can simply catch the recording. (Note that this option is only available for those who enroll in the Full Blended Experience)
If I enroll in the certificate program, do I have to pay for each individual course?
